Part instruction and part demonstration, this class will walk through the preserving process step by step, from preparing fruit to achieving a good set, and will also include a demonstration of bright, silky lemon curd. There will be plenty of time for questions along the way.

Designed for beginners and home cooks alike, this workshop offers an approachable introduction to preserving that builds confidence without complication. Each participant will go home with a jar of freshly made jam and the know-how to continue making jams, jellies, and curds at home.
