Plants have been on this earth far longer than humans, carrying wisdom, resilience, and a quiet presence that guides us still. In this class, we’ll explore ways to connect with the spirit of plants—something people across cultures have done for generations. You don’t need any background or prior experience, just curiosity and an open heart.

Together we’ll sit in circle, learn simple practices for tuning into plant energy, and take part in a gentle ritual of connection. Through hands-on experiences, guided drumming, and time with the plants themselves, you’ll begin to discover your own relationship with these green allies. This workshop offers a chance to listen, to remember, and to receive healing, insight, and blessing from the natural world.

Rachel Weitz is an Animistic Healing Artist. She is a folk herbalist, mother, partner, animist, and ceremonial artist. Blending her training as a therapist, practicing embodied mysticism, and earth-centered healing with plants, she helps to weave a group field that is ripe for personal and group process on the emotional, spiritual, and physical planes. Her greatest joy is to support folks to have their own direct connection to their guides of spirit, including nature and plant spirits. Rachel has been teaching earth and spirit lead classes for over 15 years and gives thanks to her many inspiring teachers.
