Long before written oracles, humans turned to plants for guidance, reading meaning in leaves, seeds, roots, and living landscapes. In this introductory workshop, we’ll explore how plant-based oracles appeared across cultures and continents, from traditions that honored sacred trees and forest wisdom in Celtic lands to practices throughout Asia and beyond, where plants were understood as messengers, teachers, and mirrors for inner knowing.

Participants will be introduced to gentle, accessible methods of plant divination using leaves, seeds, roots, and living plants, with an emphasis on intuition, observation, and relationship rather than prediction. Through guided exercises and discussion, we’ll consider how these approaches can be practiced thoughtfully and respectfully in modern life.
